Your Personal Information
We use top-notch encryption to safeguard your personal data, including your identity and sensitive account information. Your details are never shared with unauthorized third parties, we will never sell your information, and we do not use your BVN to access any other bank accounts you may hold.
Your Identity Documents
When you open a Casa account, we require your BVN (Bank Verification Number) and a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, voter’s card, national ID card, or NIN slip. This process helps us combat identity fraud by ensuring that every Casa user, including you, is accurately identified.
Your Password & PIN
When opening your Casa account, you'll create a secure password using letters, numbers, and special characters. This password may be required to authorize changes to your account. Additionally, each Casa account has a unique six-digit PIN for the account holder's access, and you must set this sign-in PIN before using your account. Transactions in the app also require a transaction PIN.
Biometrics
The Casa app lets you use biometrics like fingerprint and Face ID for extra security when signing in or authorizing transactions, as long as your device has those features.
Transaction Alerts
We’ll keep you in the loop with real-time alerts through app notifications and emails whenever there’s a transaction on your account. This way, you always know what’s going on with your money!
